-Registration open from noon to 4:00 p.m.
- Pick up name tag and goodie bag. Goodie Bag contains visitors

- On your own for Miami sightseeing, Pan Am AWARE Store open
at the Pan Am Flight Academy from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Shop for
Pan Am memorabilia.
- Pan Am Archives exhibit at The Richter Library, University of Miami

FRIDAY OCTOBER 26, 2007
- Hotel check-in
- Registration open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. pick up name tag,
weekend information and goodie bag.
-Hospitality Suite opens at noon.
-Pan Am AWARE Store at the Pan Am Flight Academy, Miami Int’l Airport, open
from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Key West bus departs hotel at 7:00 a.m. to visit site of first Pan Am ticket
office. Bus arrives back at the hotel at approximately 5:30 p.m.
- On your own see Miami. Visit The Viscaya museum and gardens.
-Pan Am Archives Exhibit at The Richter Library, University of Miami
- Short walk to Coco Walk in the Grove numerous shops / restaurants
- 7:00 p.m. Miami World Wings Chapter, Airline Themed 40th Anniversary Party at the Coral Reef Yacht Club.

Friday morning, Oct. 26 an optional trip is available to visit Pan Am’s first ticket office in Key West. The bus departs from the Doubletree at 7:00 AM Friday, returning at about 6:00 PM (cost $40. See below).

Friday evening, Oct. 26, 7:00 PM, World Wings International Inc., Miami Chapter invites you to celebrate our 40th Anniversary with a costume-optional at Coral Reef Yacht Club on Biscayne Bay near the Doubletree, $50— payable to World Wings International Inc. Saturday afternoon, Oct. 27 Celebration, historical Dinner Key, commemorating PAN AM’s impact on aviation history.

Saturday evening, Oct. 27 Grand Bay Hotel banquet, a PAN AM tribute.

Sunday afternoon, Oct. 28 for those still in town, Faoud Haddad will host a dinner in Hollywood, FL and you’re invited! More details to follow.
