Donate Pan Am Memorabilia

The prime mission of the Pan Am Historical Foundation is to preserve the history and legacy of Pan Am.

You Can Help
If you have Pan Am artifacts or documents, please consider donating them to the Pan Am Historical Foundation. The Foundation will try to place them in established museums and libraries committed to their use and preservation. In most instances documents will be placed at the University of Miami Richter Library, where the Company’s archives reside. Artifacts will, either be retained pending a museum of our own, or offered to major, representative museums where they are most likely to be displayed.

We are interested in historically significant objects and papers.
Examples of this would be:

Films and photographs annual and financial reports
plaques and trophies company newsletters
badges, patches and wings government documents
navigation and radio devices manuals
aircraft furnishings and equipment maps and charts
uniforms manuscripts
in-flight meal service items monographs
passenger amenities timetables
philately ticket jackets
posters pamphlets

The Pan Am Historical Foundation is a non-profit organization, permitting a tax deduction for your donation. For accepted items, you will receive a receipt, but the Foundation will not place a value on items donated.

If you have items you wish to donate, you must first, send a list of the objects or documents to the Archives Committee, Pan Am Historical Foundation,
c/o The Wings Club, P.O. Box 4464, New York, NY 10163-4464 or e-mail the list to pahfgift@panam.org, with your preferred contact. Your list will be reviewed by the Archives Committee, and you will then be advised if and where to send the objects and/or other material.
