Notice of 2007 Annual Meeting of Members

Notice is hereby given that the Fifteenth Annual Meeting of Members of the Pan Am Historical Foundation will be held on Friday, March 30, 2007 at 2 p.m. at R.M. Smythe, Two Rector Street, 12th floor, New York, NY, for the following purposes:

(1) To elect directors to serve for the ensuing year and until their successors are elected.

(2) To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
