Notice of 2005 Annual Meeting of Members

Notice is hereby given that the Thirteenth Annual Meeting of Members of the
Pan Am Historical Foundation will be held on Friday, April 22, 2005 at 2:00 PM at National Press Club, 529 14th Street NW, 13th Floor, Zenger Room, Washington D.C. for the following purposes:

(1)To elect directors to serve for the ensuing year and until their successors are elected.

(2)To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
