To support projected Court Costs of over $1 million dollars, we have asked everyone to make a commitment of $125 to our Legal Defense Fund. Please DO NOT combine your membership fee and your donation on the same check. The TWU
has donated $350,000; the IBT has donated $50,000. AFPAE donations from members and friends have totaled over $450,000. Court costs and related expenses have already exceeded $820,000. If we are successful, we may increase your pension benefits between $100 to $600 a month, for the rest of your life. We are asking everyone to do his or her fare share. Join AFPAE,
and make a donation to our "Legal Defense Fund." Our 2nd. law suit is not a "Class Action," it is a "False Claims Act" suit, and only AFPAE members will participate. This suit has been filed against "Office Specialists" the subcontractor PBGC hired to administer the PAA Pension Plans. It alleges a fraud of $50,000,000. We receive 15% of everything the government recoups.
